Advantages of Polycarbonate board.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

High performance-price ratio<\/b><\/strong>: the price of PC sheet is relatively cheap, and its material is very light, making the overall cost of greenhouse very low, and the performance-price ratio is also relatively high.<\/p>\n

Convenient transportation<\/b><\/strong>: PC sheet can be rolled, which greatly saves transportation space. A large number of PC boards can be transported at one time, saving a lot of freight.<\/p>\n

Easy to install<\/b><\/strong>: the PC sheet has a large area and can be made into 100 meters \u00d7 2.1 m board (100 m \u00d7 2.1 meters wide). The installation is simple and the cost of greenhouse construction is low.<\/p>\n

\"pc<\/p>\n

Not easy to deform<\/b><\/strong>: within the temperature range of – 40 \u2103 to+120 \u2103, PC board will not cause quality degradation, such as deformation.<\/p>\n

Strong flame retardancy<\/b><\/strong>: according to GB50222-95, polycarbonate board is of flame retardant grade, namely B1. The combustion temperature of Pc board itself is 580 \u2103, and it will automatically extinguish after leaving the fire. No toxic gas will be generated during combustion, and it will not promote the fire spread.<\/p>\n

Warm in winter and cool in summer<\/b><\/strong>: cool in summer and heat preservation in winter. The thermal conductivity of pc board is lower than that of ordinary glass and other plastics (K value), and the thermal insulation effect is 4 times higher than that of glass of the same grade. The thermal insulation effect of pc board is up to 49%. Therefore, the heat loss is greatly reduced, and it is an environment-friendly material for buildings with heating equipment.<\/p>\n

Light weight<\/b><\/strong>: the specific gravity is only half of that of ordinary glass, and it is not easy to break. It saves time and labor in handling and installation, especially suitable for high-rise buildings.<\/p>\n

Disadvantages of polycarbonate sheet.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1\u3001 Not acid and alkali resistant<\/b><\/strong>: PC sheet is not acid resistant, because it is made of PC material. PC and acid and alkali cause chemical reaction, which corrodes the surface of the board. Therefore, PC board can only resist weak acid and cannot contact strong acid directly.<\/p>\n

2\u3001 The yellowing rate of inferior PC boards is high<\/b><\/strong>: some manufacturers, in order to cater to the low price psychology of some consumers, deliberately use inferior recycled materials to make PC sheet. Although the price of such PC boards is low, the quality is not reliable, resulting in less than a few years after customers buy them back, they find that PC sheet are easily aging and yellowing, or they are originally brown PC boards, lake blue PC boards, and the color will become dark or light after aging.<\/p>\n
